Access Your Donor Portal

If you made your donation online directly through VAMMR, you can manage your donation anytime through your donor portal: https://vammrs.donorsupport.co

• Enter the email address you used to make your donation or symbolic adoption.
• A login link will be sent to your email.
• Once logged in, you can update your donation, view past contributions, and download tax receipts.

Manage Your Donation

Through the donor portal, you can:

✔ Change your donation amount or frequency (for monthly donors).
✔ Update your payment method (for monthly donors).
✔ View your full donation history.
✔ Download past tax receipts.
✔ Cancel or pause a recurring donation.

Access Your Canadian Tax Receipts

You can download your tax receipts at any time in the donor portal if you donated directly through VAMMR’s website/donation form.

One-Time Donations

• A tax receipt is emailed immediately after your donation.
• If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or log into the donor portal to access it.

Monthly Donations

• Monthly donors (or recurring donors) receive a consolidated tax receipt for all donations made in the previous year.
• This consolidated receipt is sent via email each January and is also available in the donor portal.

Donations Made Through Third Parties

If you donated to VAMMR through a third party (such as CanadaHelps, United Way, Benevity or an employer giving program), we do not have access to those donation records. You will need to contact the organization through which you made your gift to obtain your tax receipt or donation history.
